  • Her friend in the senior care industry became her mentor and later a co-founder of Pam’s growing business today.

Challenges on the Way

  • Pam found it hard to get into the sales and marketing strategies for her business since she has no background.

Overcoming the Hurdle

  • Showing your determination by showing up every day and being consistent is some of the first few steps.

Making Adjustments

Managing and Automating Your Business — With Chad Dike

It is essential for business owners to utilize tools that can help manage the business flow and process effectively. Moreover, it is vital to know useful marketing strategies that can help gain and retain leads.

Joining us in this episode is Chad Dike of Autogration. Chad has a passion for leveraging automation and smart software integration. Through these tools, he helps business owners remove bottlenecks and maximize efficiency to stop wasting time and focus on their right zone of genius. Don't miss this episode if you want to learn more about marketing strategies and automating your business!

About Our Guest: Chad Dike is the founder and CEO of Autogration. After 15 years with large corporations like IBM and American Express, he combined his background of technical and business experience to help business owners to improve their marketing and operations through smart automation. Autogration is a certified partner of Zapier and ClickFunnels.

Chad's Insights on Automating Your Business

Getting Started in Business

  • He was always interested in tech and got a computer science degree.
  • He worked his way through IBM.
  • He continually explored his skills by doing web projects and web designs.
  • Getting his MBA made him well-rounded.
  • He then shifted gears from being a programmer to a solutions architect in IBM—translating business needs into tech building requirements.

How Do Developers Think Versus Business Owners

  • The bottom line of customer needs drives business.
  • Tech people, on the other hand, are more driven by a sophisticated technical solution.
  • You have to find a way to speak the common language between any two groups with divergent interests.

Starting On Your Own

  • You have to differentiate yourself.
  • You have to identify your niche, and then communicate that you're fulfilling a unique need.
  • Create your own category.
  • Find out what you want to do and not the latest thing that everyone else is doing.
  • If you're not passionate about what you're doing, you're not going to find long-term success.

Evolving in the Business

  • Learn how to market yourself.
  • There are a lot of online groups and communities which can help you add value by contributing.
  • Lead with value.

Business Education

  • There are a lot of paths other than a business degree that can add value and that you can use to make a living.
  • It can give a broad and diverse way of looking at things.
  • You'll have a deep understanding of how the business needs to operate and what drives a business.

The Greatest Mistakes and Challenges in Business

  • Most businesses don't have proper tracking of their numbers.
  • If you can't measure it, you can't manage it. And if you can't handle it, you can't grow it.
  • Lack of information.
  • Having an expert set up your tracking makes sure that your software tool is functioning correctly and reporting accurately.
  • Correctly managing your data can put essential leverage points for your goals.
  • Tools can only impact your business if implemented correctly.

The Importance of Reporting

  • You have to begin with the end in mind.
  • If you don't have the reporting in place, it's hard for you to know what success looks like if you have to train and hire new people, or if you have to scale and sell yourself to be acquired.
  • You can identify bottlenecks when you have the reports in place.

Metrics and Tracking

  • Don't just focus on the metrics, a self-assessment on where you are spending your time.
  • Time tracker applications help with focus, organization, and productivity.

Simple Automation With Powerful Outcomes

  • Every form of marketing involves a stage of capturing leads.
  • You have to have something on the back end to organize your leads and your customers as they come in.
  • It is essential to stay in touch with your customers. You should continuously collect data.
  • Customers stick around because they believe in your principles or the foundation of your business.

Habits That Lead to Success

  • Taking an inventory of what you get done for the day and then list your priorities for tomorrow
  • Becoming more open and interconnected

You can connect with Chad on Autogration's website. You can also reach him through his LinkedIn profile to know more about his work.

Understanding the Sales Process — With David Lopez

Sales is the lifeblood of every business. It is what makes companies move and grow. There is a lot of misinformation when it comes to how the sales process works and how to be efficient at it.

In this episode, our guest David Lopez discusses all about sales—from starting out to the essential tips and tricks. He emphasizes the importance of a positive mindset, being confident, and knowing how to build rapport with your clients.

If you are interested in getting into sales and growing your business, check these show notes, and don't forget to listen to the podcast!

About Our Guest:

David Lopez is the CEO and founder of Majesty Level Marketing, Inc., where he mentors students and individuals to become experts in the sales process. He is an award-winning sales and marketing expert, selling millions of dollars worth of services, products, and fundraising as an external representative for several major corporations.

David's Insights on Sales

Getting Into Sales

  • He always had an entrepreneurial mindset, finding ways to be creative and make something out of nothing.
  • His real journey started at 18 when he began learning about prospecting sales, handling objections—the whole sales process—on a more corporate level.

Defining Sales

  • According to David, sales is one of the most important assets in this world.
  • Sales is the currency of this world.
  • It is what makes money move around, and every company needs to make sales to survive.

What Makes a Good Salesperson?

  • Always be prepared. Don't just show up and wing it.
  • Prospecting is a vital part of the sales process.
  • You should enjoy selling—you have to love what you are doing.
  • Be committed, and don't give up even if you're just starting and still struggling.
  • To be successful, you have to know that sales is a process.

The Importance of Rejection In Sales

  • Sales don't begin until you get your first no.
  • The more doors that you hit, the more sales that you will get.
  • The calls \you make will account for your sales.
  • If you are only doing business with people that don't say no, you become an order taker, not a salesperson.

How Do You Make Sales?

  • The key to making sales is confidence.
  • Believe there is nothing in the world that can make people tell you they don't need what you have.
  • Make sure you have something that's helping clients, which will bring them to a higher level.

Salespeople Make the World Go Round

  • People don't realize that salespeople provide value through what they sell.
  • They take action to a higher level and change your mindset—something that is not easy to do in this world.

Having a Positive Mindset

  • People are going to throw rocks at you. Whatever happens, always keep a positive attitude.
  • Don't let other people or problems get to you.

How Do You Avoid Becoming Adversarial?

  • It boils down to understanding your position.
  • Don't just get into comment rotation of agreeing and disagreeing. You have to be on the same side of the boat.
  • Always keep it as a conversation, not a confrontation.
  • Find a way to influence them and get them to hear you. Then build them up to where you both have the same understanding.
  • It's not because the clients are always right; it's because you have to maintain rapport.

Moving Down the Line With Questions

  • Asking the right questions keeps you in control.
  • Don't make it sound robotic because they would feel that it's not natural, and you're not caring about them.
  • Build a rapport targeting the situation and problem at hand.
  • You use questions not only to qualify them but also to understand their full dynamic and their situation.

Following Up and Closing a Deal

  • In sales talking, you give clients a quick solution to their problem without getting involved in it.
  • If the prospect seems dead, follow up and drag them back into different offers, or make sure you nurture them to lead further down the road.
  • Keep notes on why a client didn't pick up so you can be in touch and call them back
  • Don't cherry-pick.
  • Having a script is a good way of introduction to your story presentation.

Copywriting and Creating an Effective Marketing Strategy — With Donnie Bryant

Marketing is one of the primary components of every business. Not only is it used to attract customers, but it is also the fundamental business process of connecting and creating relationships with clients.

In this episode, we're joined by marketing consultant and direct response copywriter, Donnie Bryant. Today, you'll learn everything about building relationships, keeping your pipeline full, the impact of "borrowing" other people's platform, and the most effective marketing communication.

If you want to learn more about copywriting and effective marketing, don't forget to check this episode’s show notes and listen to the podcast!

About Our Guest:

Donnie Bryant is a direct response copywriter and marketing consultant specializing in the financial sector in Chicago. Since 2007, he has written sales copy for dozens of niches for his clients. Donnie helps clients connect with and convert their "should-be" clients with unusually useful marketing messages. At present, he works almost exclusively in the financial industry—generating $25 million for his clients over the past three years.

Donnie's Insights on Effective Marketing

The Biggest Challenges and Milestones

  • When he was starting, he had to work while learning to copywrite simultaneously.
  • Making time and energy to pick up the craft and finding people who would pay him as somebody who didn't have a background in marketing was the toughest challenge while getting started.
  • Even when you think you've got something going, you got to keep promoting yourself. Get in front of the right people and provide value for potential leads.
  • He overcame these challenges by continually grinding and hustling. He focused on what he does best—content writing.

Advice for People Starting Out

  • Become good at your craft.
  • Figure out who you want to serve. Find out where those people are and what messaging will work to attract them with some regularity.
  • Focus and be great at something specific.
  • Timing is also important.

Honing Your Platform

  • Spend less time trying to build your platform from scratch. Instead, position yourself on other people's platforms.
  • Provide high-quality content to somebody else's platform, where they already have trust, credibility, and authority.
  • From borrowing their platform, you are also able to build yours over time. Building from borrowing is a strong standing foundation.

The Biggest Mistakes in Marketing and Messaging

  • People in business assume that the reader is going to read, but you have to give them a reason to read. You have to talk about exciting things, and you have to talk about them interestingly.
  • You can’t be boring.
  • The fear of commitment to one market
  • It's about being interesting, committing to being entertaining, and being valuable to the specific market you're trying to reach.
  • Know who you're talking to, and who you want to talk with.

The Mentality that Holds You Back

  • Undervaluing yourself.
  • Being scared of asking questions
  • Not talking to clients in their language
  • Not finding the offer your audience wants

Entertainment Leads to Better Sales Leads

  • You have to be more engaging. Add entertainment value to get people’s interest.
  • You have to come further out of your comfort zone and out of what the industry typically does.

You can connect with Donnie and sign up for his newsletter on his website. You can also visit his LinkedIn profile for more information.

Understanding Value, Networks, and Cryptocurrency — With Sean Weisbrot

More and more people are using cryptocurrency, and this spells various effects on society. An important aspect to consider is understanding your value and forming networks, as these two things will play a vital role in the use of cryptocurrency.

Today’s guest is Sean Weisbrot, and he shares with us essential information on learning to leverage your value with your network. He also talks about the app Sidekick and the use of cryptocurrency. The discussion moves to the future of cryptocurrency and preparing yourself for what can come. This episode packs a lot of punch, so sit tight and don’t miss a single second!

About Our Guest:

Sean Weisbrot is an entrepreneur with expertise in technology, education, and nonprofits. He has a degree in Psychology and is fluent in Mandarin, which he learned when he moved to China for work back in 2008. Sean is currently the CEO of Sidekick. It is an app where individuals, educators, businesses, and influencers can create communities for messaging, payments, and a marketplace ecosystem.

Essentials to Understanding Value, Networks, and Cryptocurrency

Understanding Your Value and Networks

  • After some setbacks, Sean worked with several people to create IdeaXchange. It grew to inspire people all over China through original online content and offline speech events. It gave him speaking and training opportunities and an extensive network.
  • Instead of selling your time for money, you should sell your value for money.
  • When you can understand your worth, then you know the value you’re bringing to your connections.
  • The biggest problem is the mindset. People are stuck on the idea that they're worth more than x amount per hour.
  • Connecting value and networks: 1) Figure out your monthly expenses. 2) Save a year’s worth of your expenses. 3) Take time off to learn about the world. 4) Travel and meet people, seek out influencers, entrepreneurs, and form a network. 5) Leverage your value and your knowledge. Find what you can offer them.

Sidekick App and Cryptocurrency

  • Sidekick has many well-established competitors.
  • Sean believed that the only way to feel secure and launch the app is to have a product that’s at least as good as the competitors, if not better, from day one.
  • Sean watched WeChat grow from a small, unused product to a dominator in China. Simultaneously, Korea, Japan, and Vietnam each have its separate platform or super app, where the people can do almost anything they want.
  • Sidekick is taking the model that apps can be used by many people for several things and making it available for global use through cryptocurrency and localizing features.
  • The app is aiming to make it possible to spend cryptocurrency in stores around the world through a third-party partnership.
  • Sidekick is making it possible for people to use cryptocurrency by building communities and selling their services and products to their community.
  • Sidekick aims to embrace all possible forms of processing payments.
  • The key is to find the right partners who have the right licenses.

The Future of Cryptocurrency

  • It could go two ways: either it dies, or the world embraces it. Sean’s assumption is it will be embraced.
  • There is the issue of government regulation that can cause problems for the industry.
  • Governments are working on making their own digital fiat currency using Blockchain.
  • Sean notes the possibility of completely removing cash from society and shifting to use government-created blockchain-based currency over which they have strict and complete control.
  • Utopian future: people are free to use cryptocurrency.
  • Dystopian future: governments create their versions.
  • Both futures can coexist.
  • Sidekick exists because the future of work is remote and gig-based.
  • People may start to seek freedom, location independence, and the ability to make money based on their knowledge and the value they provide.

Preparing for the Future

  • Have a general understanding of AI and its capabilities to know the possible industries it can disrupt or enhance.
  • Those who don’t learn how to interact with AI positively will end up being replaced by people who are willing to work with it.
  • You can protect yourself by building a business and a network and capitalizing on that.
  • The faster you become location and financially independent, the better off you’re going to be.
  • If you’re responsible for yourself and those around you, and what you provide is valuable to others, then you're priceless.

For more information about Sidekick and to connect with Sean, check Sidekick’s website. You can register through the site to get early access.

You may also connect with them through Telegram.

The Success of Print on Demand — With Christopher Hamze

Technological advancements over the years allowed for improvements and the introduction of new printing techniques. The print on demand business is now a staple in several industries. It takes the hassle out of printing for different customers.

In this episode, Christopher Hamze of teelaunch shares his journey in the printing business. He’s also with us to give guidance for other companies to follow their success. If you are interested to learn how overcoming seemingly impossible challenges can help a business succeed, check these show notes and tune in to the episode!

About Our Guest:

Christopher Hamze is the founder of the print on demand company teelaunch. teelaunch promises to bring your ideas to life. They take your design ideas and orders, fulfilling them from start to finish. Customers only pay for the items they printed; thus, avoiding surplus products.

Finding Success with Print on Demand

Early Challenges

  • They were having trouble finding demand. People do not want to buy their shirts before because of the price. In screen printing, an order of 50 shirts would cost $5 per piece. However, with the direct to garment (DTG) method, each print would cost $8.
  • They tried selling to small businesses, bands, and artists, but they did not prefer the DTG prints.
  • The technology was also advancing at a rapid rate, causing their then DTG machine to become obsolete. They accumulated debt from buying machines to keep up with the technology.

The Beginning of Success

  • They interviewed twenty developers. Every one of them did not understand their idea, and they also wanted a significant amount of money.
  • Fortunately, they found a little agency in Los Angeles that understood their business idea and decided to develop it. They developed the application for $30,000.
  • The application worked, and they launched it on August 14, 2015. There were no customers in the first week. But, when the second week came, there were a few orders. By the end of August, they already have $500,000 in revenue.
  • By the end of 2015, they generate $1 million a month.

Competitive Market

  • After their success, the industry became very competitive. Thus, the pricing also became competitive.
  • They started printing on other products to help solve some of the problems brought by the competitive market. Now, they have over 85 products on their application.
  • Before, shirts comprise 100% of their sales. Today, they only comprise 40% of their total sales.

 Retaining Customers

  • They were hands-on with their customers. They value customers’ feedback and suggestions.
  • They built personal relationships with their customers, and that made their customers comfortable working with them.
  • If customers feel heard, they will trust you with their needs from your business.

Recommendations for Other Businesses

  • Do not give up, especially if you believe in what you and your business can offer. If you believe in something, keep working for it.
  • Keep brainstorming for ideas to sustain the company.
  • It is also essential to build backups because unexpected things may happen.
  • You need to put the business first. For instance, business owners need to know when to fire an employee who negatively affects the company.

Top Mistakes of Entrepreneurs

  • Business owners do not focus on cash flow, which is an essential aspect of a business.
  • They do not realize that there are a lot of ups and downs. There are cyclical factors that affect a business.

Importance of Business Strategies

  • It is crucial to learn about new advertising techniques.
  • It is not advisable to rely on one social media platform for advertisements.

For more inspiring insights, connect with Christopher through his LinkedIn profile. Visit teelaunch’s website for more information on their services.

  • It is hard work that will eventually turn into smart work. If you have good health, your body, mind, and spirit can all perform at a higher level.
  • Shifting your state of mind and body: be aware of how you feel, think of happy thoughts, move around a bit.

Disciplines Critical to Business

  • Jot down three of the most important things you need to accomplish for the day and make sure you achieve them all.
  • Try to do something uncomfortable or something your not used to. Through this, you can get out of your routine, challenge yourself, and develop your confidence.
  • “Savage Talk”: Talk to yourself with your intensity. Tell yourself that you’ll win, own, and conquer the day.

💻Understanding Your Digital Tattoo and Protecting Yourself from its Negative Impact—with Aaron Minc💻

Today, we’re talking with Aaron Minc. He is a nationally-recognized leader in internet defamation. After 7 years, he’s become the go-to attorney for concerns regarding the most challenging and malicious internet defamation cases. His work involves removing harmful content from the internet.

Aaron has successfully litigated more than a hundred internet defamation lawsuits in 19 states. He has secured the removal of defamatory content in nearly all of his cases.  Moreover, Aaron has attained verdict by judge and jury and won temporary, preliminary, and permanent injunction and victory on appeal.

Throughout his practice, he has successfully removed over 10,000 websites, search results, and other false and damaging content online. He represents clients all over the world, from individuals, small and mid-sized businesses, Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, government institutions, and high-profile people.

He joins us today to help us understand and hopefully protect ourselves from the possible negative impacts of our digital tattoos. So sit back, relax, and enjoy all the value and information that we have for you.

✅ What happens online matters in the real world. It can destroy a person or a business overnight. As long as there’s harmful and massively damaging information out there, it can affect your brand and take away opportunities.

✅ People don’t realize that they can’t just disappear from the Internet; it’s out of your control. There are public records, and these are increasingly going online. You need to accept that there is a need to take control of your online presence and use it as a tool for good and promotion.

✅ Negative reviews are inevitable; you can’t please everyone. And sometimes, there are just people who want to say negative things, regardless of the facts. It’s all about customer service and recognizing that fires are happening and you need to stop them. Always be professional.

✅ The law is still catching up to deal with online and technological issues, like deepfakes, for example. You need to be creative as to how you can attack those things and find a solution, and it helps to have an expert to help you navigate through all of it.

Chris comes to our rescue today through engineered marketing solutions, helping businesses grow up to 15–35% and 2–30x more.

Goegan’s tips are at your reach so might as well get your pens and pads and take note of these.

✅Determine what you want to sell, who you want to sell it to, how will you sell them?

✅Gain wisdom from someone with experience.

Do not immediately spend time or money on a logo, colors, a pretty website, or any in-depth branding stuff.

Prove viability—talk to people you want to sell to and see if they ask about buying it.

Keep selling and invest in a pretty website.

💲Your Guide to Creating and Scaling Freedom in Finances, Family, and Life—with Jude Mendonsa💲

Joining us today is The Barefoot Millionaire, Jude Mendonsa. Jude is a serial investor holding both commercial and residential real estate properties. He owns a portfolio of companies ranging from electronic parts suppliers to nutrition supplements. Jude is also a life coach, speaker, and author.

Our guest is dedicated to helping people scale and find balance in their business, personal life, and health. I invited him to our show to talk about what he calls the freedom blueprint, his guide to creating and scaling freedom in your finances, family, and life. Whether you are rich or broke, and wherever you are in life, he will help you find the direction to take and create your life of wealth. Tune in to get the most out of our conversation!

Here are some of the key points we discussed in this episode:

✅ So many people are trying to figure out where to start and wait for the perfect moment. You have to give it your all and be honest, be full of integrity, provide as much value as you can. “Your first business might fail completely. But that doesn't matter; just dust yourself off, do it again, and push,” Jude said.

✅ The habits that really matter are time blocking and scheduling, especially when handling multiple businesses. Figure out time and how to use it in the most valuable way possible. You can use various tools to schedule, like Google Calendar or even an Excel spreadsheet.

✅ Always be learning and listening. Find coaches. Listen to people and podcasts. Take part in programs and workshops. Join groups. Read a book. Then, find ways to apply all that you learn.

✅ One of the biggest mistakes some people make is expecting too much too soon. And then their hopes are dashed, or they fail—they get too sad, tear themselves up, and stop trying. You should realize that entrepreneurship is a journey of self-discovery, creation, and learning. And throughout your journey, you will make mistakes, but that does not mean you should concede defeat. Always set realistic goals.

🔥Lifestyle Building Lessons—with Tom Sylvester🔥

Today, we are speaking with Tom Sylvester, the co-founder of Lifestyle Builders. Lifestyle Builders is a coaching and training company helping entrepreneurs build their businesses, create more impact, and find more freedom.

In the past 15 years, Tom has helped thousands of businesses, leaders, and teams—from Fortune 500 companies to brand new startups—create and achieve success. Throughout the years, he has refined his philosophies and strategies for growing businesses. Now, with his wife Ariana, they share these philosophies to guide entrepreneurs through their coaching program and book Lifestyle Builders: Build Your Business, Quit Your Job, and Live Your Ideal Lifestyle.

In this episode, Tom talks to us about the different challenges and levels of growing your business. He also shares with us how to find ways to remove yourself from your business to build the lifestyle you want. Tune in for all the juicy details!

Here are some of the key points we discussed in this episode:

✅ Investing money is usually an excellent way to find commitment. You don’t have to start big. Think of the amount that is enough to make you uncomfortable, but not so much that it’s going to paralyze you. The amount can change over time, but what’s important is you find the commitment.

✅ When thinking of your why’s and your long-term vision as an entrepreneur, consider these two things: the relationships you want to have and the impact you want to make.

✅ Build a high-level process from the four major components of your business—marketing, sales, operations, finance. Look into what’s required to make them run and put the right people in place.

✅ Collaboration over competition. Competition causes a bad cycle. With collaboration, you can help each other and achieve better results.

🔥Journey to Becoming a Pioneer in the Cryotherapy Industry—with Antra Getzoff🔥

Today, we are joined by Antra Getzoff, the founder and CEO of The International Alliance for Cryotherapy Professionals, also called CryoProsUnited. Through CryoProsUnited, her mission is to help a million people live a pain-free life by 2020.

After over 10 years of selling cryotherapy equipment, she has become a leader and the focal point of the industry. Antra has led over 1,000 small business owners out of their struggle and toward their dream businesses.  She has also encouraged them to reach a meaningful goal, something greater than themselves, through cryotherapy.

In this episode, Antra shares with us her journey. She also tells us about her business model to help us be better leaders and smarter marketers.

✅ Antra is a native of Latvia. Leaving her country behind to start a new life and business in America has not been easy. It was especially challenging adjusting to the cultural differences. It took her some time, but she eventually learned to distinguish who is genuine and sincere from those who are not.

✅ Cryotherapy was not an industry, even back in her home. But she believed in its benefits and saw the opportunity of introducing it to a bigger market. She analyzed the situation, decided to pursue it, and was committed to doing it. The notion that the universe will somehow take care of it for you is not real, so you have to work hard to make it happen.

✅ Sometimes, if you do something and people don’t start cheering immediately, you perceive it as a failure. This mindset will not get you anywhere. Figure out your mistakes and correct them as you go, instead of spending your energy beating yourself up.

✅ Find consistency in everything that you do. Dedicate time and action to the direction you want to pursue.

💰Utilizing Surveys and Client Feedback to Improve Your Business—with Robert Temple and Kennedy of ResponseSuit💰

As an entrepreneur, you constantly work hard to improve your business, but you might have trouble doing so. There are a lot of possible strategies, and today, we will hear about using surveys and client feedback.

Our guests—mind reader Kennedy and hypnotist Robert Temple—are the cofounders of online software as a service (SaaS) platform ResponseSuite. It is a tool used to create surveys and improve your email marketing using personalized segmentation. Rob and Kennedy are some of the best guests we could ask for to walk us through these topics.

They found their passion for magic, hypnotism, and mind-reading and individually started doing it as professionals. They eventually branched out to teaching other aspiring mind readers, hypnotists, and entertainers. Rob and Kennedy realized they were essentially doing the same thing—building info product businesses as they travel and perform—and finally thought to work together. Thus, the birth of ResponseSuite.

Today, we have the chance to discover how their experiences in their niches and past business endeavours help them reach their success. Get ready to take notes and make sure to listen to the episode for all the juicy details.

✅ One of the biggest mistakes that people tend to make is they are not driven by absolute passion. “If you're not powered by a passion and a drive, if you're not driven by that success that you want to achieve for something more than just the money, then it's never going to happen,” Kennedy said.

✅ Processes are vital to improving your business. With the right processes in place, you’ll find it easier to scale, get more clients, and convert them to sales.

Segment your audience using surveys to avoid losing them. If they start getting emails about things they don’t care about, they will unsubscribe. It's not about the volume of email; it's about the relevance of email.

✅ Response rate and surveys can get you a return on investment faster and without much work. After a subscriber fills out their survey, immediately lead them to a page offering them the product they asked for.

📈Your Personal Brand: Making It Grow and Creating a Bigger Impact—with Brilliant Liu📈

Social media plays a massive role in marketing. A big part of establishing your social media presence is creating a branding that will work and that people will remember. Many pages or companies like to showcase highlights reels of their lives or businesses, but you need to find something unique to you and use it to connect with your audience.

This episode’s guest is Brilliant Liu. Brilliant is an entrepreneur, a branding strategist, and a social media expert. He is the creator of House of Leaders, which has over 1.2 million engaged followers. Brilliant is also the CEO and co-founder of Executive Mafia, a marketing agency geared for Instagram influencers and creating your social media branding. He is passionate about helping businesses and people grow and make a significant impact in this world.

Today, Brilliant Liu joins us so we can better understand how we can grow our followings with leadership and compassion. Tune in and don’t miss a single second of this interview!

✅ To gain traction and become a successful influencer, you need to choose collaboration over competition and be authentically you. Collaboration opens more opportunities. Being authentic, on the other hand, will allow you to set yourself apart from others.

✅ Stop focusing on the numbers. Be patient, and do not resort to shortcuts to gain followers. A large following is not always equivalent to more revenue. Focus, instead, on the value in the content you provide.

✅ Choose your niche and do not diverge to other topics to establish your expertise and gain trust from your audience. Make a habit out of posting content regularly.

✅ Be proactive in promoting your content. Reach out to family, friends, and followers. Dedicate time to reach out to your audience and invite them to a conversation. You can also look for opportunities to collaborate.
