Today we are joined by “The Chaos Killer,” a Silicon Valley veteran whose expertise is about joint ventures, lead flow systems, marketing, scalable systems, and productivity. His name is Charles Byrd.
Charles is a public speaker, trainer, and lifelong learner. He passionately combines technology and productivity and is a recognized expert in the field. He produces impactful productivity and JV courses, is a webinar expert, and a workshop leader.

✅ Relationships are key. Connect people and connect with people, get on their radar, whether in person or online. Meet with people and find ways to provide them value.
✅ Be very candid with where you are with your product or service. “I tell people to be as upfront as possible, so expectations are exactly where they need to be,” Charles said. Let your customers decide if it's something they're interested in.
✅ One thing that holds a lot of people back from joint ventures is they're afraid of what Charles calls the reciprocation trap. People think their offer is good for the other business’ audience, but the other business’ offer is not suitable for theirs, essentially, cross-promotion. Instead of looking at cross-promotion, explore ways wherein you can support and complement each other.
✅ As long as you know what people are interested in, or know what their goals are, it gives you a vast opportunity to help them. Consciously put time into reaching out to people. You can start from wherever you are. It's as simple posting content, providing value, and asking questions.
