Here are some of the key points we discussed in this episode:
✅ Investing money is usually an excellent way to find commitment. You don’t have to start big. Think of the amount that is enough to make you uncomfortable, but not so much that it’s going to paralyze you. The amount can change over time, but what’s important is you find the commitment.
✅ When thinking of your why’s and your long-term vision as an entrepreneur, consider these two things: the relationships you want to have and the impact you want to make.
✅ Build a high-level process from the four major components of your business—marketing, sales, operations, finance. Look into what’s required to make them run and put the right people in place.
✅ Collaboration over competition. Competition causes a bad cycle. With collaboration, you can help each other and achieve better results.
